Advocacy

Our Advocacy Service

Advocacy In all its forms seeks to ensure that people, particularly those who are most vulnerable in society, can have their voice heard on issues that are important to them, defend and safeguard their rights, have their views and wishes genuinely considered, when decisions are being made about their lives.

We provide information or practical support on a wide range of issues including welfare benefits, community care, housing & health. We also provide a free benefit’s check to ensure that older people are accessing the benefits they are entitled to.

The service is for anyone living in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead and who are 55 and over. For more information please contact:  Rashpal.Shergill@ageconcernsabe.org.uk  (Age Concern SABE Community Advocate)
