Day Centre

Our Day Centre

Our newly renovated Day Centre offers clients a positive experience, a friendly place to socialise, have nutritious homemade meals and enjoy activities.

Open Monday to Thursday between 9am and 3pm.  On Monday we hold a Bingo morning with refreshments and cake. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we offer a hot 2 course lunch.

Our centre offers a range of engaging actiities and entertainment, from exercise classes, Pilates,  films and quizzes or for simply relaxing with friends over a game of Scrabble or Dominoes.  All provided for by our passionate staff.

We give clients the opportunity to have fun and socialise with other people, whilst offering family and carers a well deserved break, knowing that their loved ones are being looked after and are enjoying themselves.

The Centre takes a personalised approach and in the first instance will meet with clients and family members to discuss individual needs and assess the level of support required at the Centre.  This also allows staff to ensure our clients enjoy the most positive experience possible.

A support plan is then developed and agreed with the client and relatives and/or carer, detailing the client’s specific requirements, including preferences and objectives.  All our support plans include a personal risk assessment to maximise client care and ensure loved ones are safe.
